Job summary

First Quality is seeking a Maintenance Engineer at its Lock Haven, PA location. The role focuses on improving machine reliability through root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, and hands-on floor work with the maintenance team.

You will lead RCA efforts, develop cost-effective maintenance strategies, and mentor the maintenance staff while coordinating with design, engineering and manufacturing stakeholders to meet yearly reliability objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams.
• Strong analytical skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify barriers to reliability and implement root cause analyses.
• Develop preventive maintenance procedures and PM plans.
• Lead equipment improvement projects and document with standard procedures.
