Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Maintenance / Reliability Engineer in Scranton, PA to own reliability on automated can production lines and lead root cause analysis. The role focuses on preventive maintenance planning and documentation, coordinating technicians and suppliers, and ensuring consistent production with strong team support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing focusing on reliability and maintenance planning.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work with maintenance data (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and performance of highly automated can production lines.
• Develop and update preventive/predictive maintenance plans and technical documentation.
• Lead root cause analysis on breakdowns and coordinate technicians, vendors and specialists.
• Manage spare parts, inventory levels and supplier/OEM correspondence.
