Job summary

Dnp Imagingcomm America Corporation in Mount Pleasant, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to oversee asset health, minimize downtime, and improve equipment performance across the plant lifecycle. The role requires hands-on problem solving, deep mechanical and electrical understanding, and collaboration with project teams.

You will develop PM/PdM programs, perform RCA/FMEA, analyze OEE and MTBF data, and mentor maintenance staff while supporting 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
10+ years of manufacturing experience as a Reliability, Plant, or Maintenance Engineer.
Ability to read technical drawings and design with CAD software.
Experience with high-speed and/or custom automation processes for assembly.
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and NEC regulations/standards.
Experience as a CMMS user/implementer.
PLC programming experience (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens).
Willingness to work flexible hours to support 24/7 operations, including weekends and on-call.
Experience in Web Converting or similar high-speed rotating equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.
Monitor reliability metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Provide engineering support for repair and modification of mechanical/electrical systems.
Work with project teams to ensure reliability in new installations.
Train staff on reliability best practices and new protocols.
Perform risk analyses and assess reliability-related risks.
