• Entry level handyman experience with basic knowledge of general engineering tools and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from engineering management on daily assignments and complete within the specified time.
• Perform maintenance and light repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
• Conduct daily pool chemical readings and life safety inspections.
• Perform routine landscaping inspection and repair on the grounds.
• Support electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs as needed.
• Maintain engineering shops in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Complete tasks as assigned by management.
