Job summary

Qualifications

Two to five years of maintenance, manufacturing, or technical experience.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
Experience developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Reading mechanical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Manage maintenance projects with cross-functional teams and maintenance leadership.
Develop and drive maintenance programs including PM, TPM, RCFA, FMEA, and safety/compliance.
Review SAP maintenance data to support predictive maintenance.
Minimize downtime through proactive planning and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Tooling, and Quality to implement improvements.
Coordinate inventory and parts and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate maintenance activities with engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal resources.
Support EHS objectives and daily cross-functional meetings.
Travel to other Autoneum facilities as needed; provide off-hours support.
