Job summary

Heraeus Electro‑Nite in Hartland, WI, seeks a skilled maintenance mechanic to keep production machinery running at peak readiness. You will diagnose, repair, and preventive maintain electrical, mechanical, and automated systems, including conveyors, blowers, motors, and pneumatics.

The role requires a degree in industrial maintenance and 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong PLC knowledge (Siemens/Schneider), and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in industrial maintenance or similar.
• 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electricity and PLC controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, switch gears and power distribution.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens/Schneider) and servo drives.
• Experience with CMMS systems and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned machines are fully production ready and maintain output/quality.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair automated manufacturing machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment (blowers, motors, pneumatics, electronics).
• Minimize downtime by training workers on maintenance techniques and compliance.
• Inspect and repair building mechanical/electrical systems and coordinate with other departments.
