Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor based in Kinston, NC to coordinate factory maintenance activities and own equipment uptime using OEE measurements. You will lead maintenance technicians and guide continuous improvement through EMS Lean tools.

Responsibilities include managing CMMS-driven maintenance programs, overseeing capital projects, and driving root-cause analysis to improve production methods. A strong background in PLCs, pneumatics, and blueprints is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
• 5 years manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with PLC, pneumatics and motor controls.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coach Maintenance Technicians in assigned areas.
• Drive continuous improvement of OEE using EMS Lean tools.
• Procures tools/equipment and creates appropriate requests.
• Manages CMMS-based maintenance programs to keep machinery in optimal condition.
• Develops and manages capital improvement projects including costing and vendor management.
• Organizes and manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Evaluates production problems related to equipment and methods.
• Performs root cause analysis and guides problem-solving with technicians.
