Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions seeks an experienced maintenance technician to provide mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic expertise for production lines. You will install, modify, and repair machines using drawings, schematics, and manuals, and troubleshoot Injection Molding Machines, automation, conveyors, and chillers.

Maintain records and pursue efficiency improvements. The role requires autonomous work, strong problem-solving, and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in machine repair of plastic injection systems and automation.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings and schematics.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read, follow, and understand electrical and mechanical documentation and specs.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate with technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic expertise to production teams to assist in solving manufacturing challenges.
• Use drawings, schematics, manuals, and specifications to install, modify, repair machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot Injection Molding Machines, automation, conveyors, and related systems.
• Enhance knowledge through internal or external training to improve efficiency.
• Maintain documentation including machine and preventative maintenance records.
• Suggest ideas to increase personal and departmental efficiency and cost savings.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and report any safety concerns.
