Job summary

Monoflo International, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment across the facility. This role includes remote support, vendor coordination, and parts purchasing to boost production utilization.

Responsibilities include root-cause analysis to reduce downtime, hydraulic/pneumatic/servo diagnostics, and reading schematics and blueprints. You will train operators and assist with safety and maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance with plastic injection molding machines.
• Proficient in diagnosing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience reading schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to analyze data to improve utilization.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Independent decision making with sound judgement.
• Willingness to provide remote after-hours support.
• Experience coordinating parts purchases and vendor visits.

Responsibilities

• Reduce downtime through root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo controls.
• Read pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Monitor machine performance to meet KPIs for utilization.
• Schedule PMs and repairs within production schedule.
• Coordinate vendor visits and parts ordering.
• Provide after-hours/weekend support to production.
• Train technicians in processing, controls, and automation.
• Operate forklift, crane and lifts as needed.
