Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in hotel, resort, or similar facility.
• HVAC, plumbing or electrical skills required.
• Light carpentry and painting/ wallpaper knowledge preferred.
• Pool operation certification preferred.
• Must read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install hotel mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules to uphold safety and quality.
• Diagnose issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.
