Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience in hospitality or resort settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently and safely.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist in installing new equipment and upgrades to existing systems.
• Ensure facilities meet health, safety, and environmental regulations.
