Job summary

Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon, Florida, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and facilities. You will help keep guest spaces pristine, respond promptly to requests, and support safety procedures in a luxury coastal environment.

Minimum one year of general maintenance experience is required; hospitality background is preferred, with opportunities to work across resort amenities, including the spa, marina, and dining areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year as a general maintenance technician experience required.
• Hospitality background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Inspect and observe equipment in operation for defects; locate causes of trouble.
• Replace drive belts and filters; clean and lubricate components.
• Replace washers and seals; clear clogged drains.
• Prep and paint walls, floors, woodwork and fixtures.
• Repair wooden structures, walls and surfaces.
• Replace switches, outlets and light bulbs throughout the hotel.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Adhere to fire, safety and security procedures.
