Edgewater Gaming, LLC in Laughlin, NV is seeking an Engineer II- Maintenance to support daily facilities operations across the property. You’ll perform a wide range of maintenance tasks and collaborate with senior engineers as needed to keep guest areas safe and welcoming.

You’ll read blueprints, follow safety guidelines, and provide reliable service in a fast-paced hospitality environment, working to maintain high mechanical standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of engineering, building maintenance, or related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
• Commitment to safety and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely guest service aligned with the guest service culture.
• Perform general maintenance and repair in guest rooms and public areas.
• Operate boilers, chillers, air compressors, and related systems.
• Inspect central plant, refrigeration, elevators, lighting, and mech/electrical rooms.
• Respond to service calls and resolve issues efficiently.
• Adhere to gaming laws, internal controls, Title 31, and regulations.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive work environment and assist with tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
