Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Performs electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring and HVAC systems, switches, fixtures and motors.
• Repairs plumbing fixtures, piping, drains and sanitary systems.
• Makes repairs to woodwork, doors, windows and carpeting.
• Keeps logs on completed tasks and submits reports in a timely manner.
