The role emphasizes guest service and safety while completing work orders and ensuring cost-effective repairs. Responsibilities include evaluating equipment, reading schematics, maintaining records, and coordinating with management on safety and maintenance timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or relevant experience.
• Knowledge and experience with power tools.
• Two years in building maintenance, construction, or hospitality preferred.
• Carpenter or mechanic experience required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Maintains preventive maintenance for buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Completes work orders and repairs promptly and accurately.
• Assesses equipment condition and recommends repairs or replacement.
• Ensures safe operation and adherence to safety policies.
• Documents activities and maintains logs of repairs and materials.
• Oversees inventory of supplies and requests Materials as needed.
• Performs inspections to ensure reliable operation of systems.
• Maintains clean, safe work environment and guest-focused service.
