Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC is seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer I to perform preventive maintenance on property, grounds, and mechanical equipment. You will handle work orders, repairs, and inspections with guest service in mind.

The role requires experience with power tools and electrical systems up to 480V, plus a willingness to learn and follow safety policies. This is an on-site position in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
• Two years of experience as Building Maintenance Engineer or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of power tools.
• Experience with electrical systems up to 480V.
• Journeyman or trade certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains preventative maintenance on building, grounds, and equipment.
• Completes work orders and repairs in a timely and thorough manner.
• Keeps equipment and facilities in safe, compliant condition.
• Identifies malfunctions and recommends repairs or replacements.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Documents maintenance activities and materials used.
• Assists with installation of equipment and preventive maintenance.
• Strives to minimize downtime and maximize guest service.
