Job summary

Limelight Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Engineer I in Ketchum, Idaho. You will respond to maintenance requests across the property, perform repairs, and support safety and compliance initiatives. The role reports to the Director of Engineering and offers a hourly pay range based on experience.

The position requires high school diploma and 2 years in mechanical trades such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing. Weekend/holiday work and independent problem-solving are expected.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and related trades experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Familiarity with OSHA and chemical safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete general maintenance requests for rooms, public areas, and back of house.
• Paint walls and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest room calls and maintain work orders.
• Coordinate projects during off-season and ensure safety inspections are conducted.
