We are seeking a facilities maintenance technician to assist in keeping hospital building systems, equipment, and safety features in good repair. The role emphasizes routine operation, inspection, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and accurate CMMS documentation while collaborating with a healthcare team.

Assists in performing duties required to keep the physical structure, building systems, and associated equipment of the hospital in good repair. Supports routine operation, inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, medical gas, fire/life safety, patient care equipment, security hardware, and related systems. Maintains accurate CMMS documentation and communicates effectively with team members to support safe and reliable hospital operations.
Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.
Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health system organization policies and procedures.
