Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or resort maintenance is required.
• Ability to diagnose and fix electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Strong attention to detail and hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Performs general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring and air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures and motors.
• Makes repairs on plumbing fixtures, piping, drains and sanitary systems.
• Repairs woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and windows, carpeting, etc.
• Maintains logs of completed tasks and submits reports in a timely manner.
