Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, or general construction repairs.
• Ability to read, speak and write English well to communicate with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment.
• Handle minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting tasks.
• Keep accurate records of tasks performed and meter readings.
• Respond to guest room calls and safety concerns in a timely, courteous manner.
