Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to protect the historic integrity of the property.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and hotel standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders.
• Assist with special projects, renovations, and inspections as needed.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and mechanical systems
