• 2–5 years experience in commercial or institutional maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility systems and structures and ensure they are in working order.
• Perform repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and ensure compliance with codes.
• Test and repair pools, spas, and kitchen equipment as needed.
