The Embassy Suites by Hilton Downtown Congress is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures to enhance guest experience and uphold Hilton standards.

An Engineer ensures the physical functionality and safety of the hotel’s facilities, contributing to outstanding guest service and financial success.

What will I be doing?

As a Maintenance Engineer, your duties will include maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the hotel including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. You will respond promptly to guest calls and team member work orders, perform various repairs such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry, conduct inspections for preventive maintenance, and document all repairs and maintenance needs.
