Job summary

OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park, situated along the Oklahoma River in the Horizons District near downtown Oklahoma City, seeks a Maintenance Engineer to perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general facilities maintenance for a 400+ room property.

You will work closely with the team to uphold safety, reliability, and guest comfort, manage logs, and respond quickly to maintenance requests in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/resort maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Strong attention to detail and guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of building and facility systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Performs electrical repairs on appliances, wiring, and HVAC components.
• Repairs plumbing fixtures, piping, and sanitary systems.
• Repairs woodwork, doors, walls, and flooring as needed.
• Maintains maintenance logs and submits reports promptly.
