The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, effective communication skills, and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Compensation is set at $20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Make repairs on plumbing fixtures and drains.
• Repair woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, and windows.

Skills
