Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor for OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park in Oklahoma City. You will oversee maintenance operations, lead a team, and coordinate with contractors to keep the property in optimal condition.

We value hands-on leaders with HVAC, electrical, plumbing understanding, and the ability to read blueprints. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 hourly, with opportunities to grow in a world-class resort environment.

Qualifications

Two years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Vocational or technical training is preferred.
Experience in leading a maintenance program and team is desired.
Ability to read HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing blueprints; read wire and schematic diagrams.

Responsibilities

Responds to guest maintenance requests and resolves needs efficiently.
Responsible for hiring new employees and recommending promotions in Property Operations.
Responsible for training, motivating and supporting subordinate staff to ensure quality service.
Directs and supervises the staff in Property Operations.
Develops and monitors engineering supplies, parts, inventories, and the purchase order system.
Coordinates with outside contractors.
