Woodland Job Corps Center is seeking a reliable, skilled, and safety-conscious Maintenance Engineer to help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for our students and staff.
The Maintenance Engineer will perform routine maintenance, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance throughout the Center while supporting vehicle maintenance and transportation needs.
The successful candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot problems effectively. Strong communication skills, teamwork, time management, and a commitment to safety and quality work are essential.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degrees preferred. Prefer previous experience working with youth. Must possess and maintain a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and/or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.
