thyssenkrupp is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in the United States (Danville region) to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment. The role supports reliability improvements and works in a hands-on environment on a 2-2-3 rotating shift (5a–5pm).

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance; CNC experience and hydraulics/pneumatics knowledge are a plus. Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Technology related field, or 6+ years of technical manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing in a maintenance or engineering role preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills; able to inspect and evaluate machinery.
• Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical power transmission components.
• Proficient in English; good written and oral communication.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain production equipment to improve availability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Address equipment issues and perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Support reliability improvement activities and data-driven maintenance practices.
