thyssenkrupp Forged Technologies in Danville, IL is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to improve equipment reliability, availability, and lifecycle performance. You will lead reliability strategies, plan preventive maintenance, and manage BOMs, spares, and vendor coordination.

The role requires a 2+ year minimum manufacturing maintenance background, with Bachelor's or Associate degree in mechanical/automation fields. Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's or associate degree with maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong reliability engineering knowledge and root cause analysis ability.
• SAP experience or familiarity for BOMs and procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead reliability strategies to improve availability, maintainability, and lifecycle cost.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance plans.
• Manage maintenance planning, BOMs, stock levels, and critical spares.
• Provide technical support for repairs, rebuilds, and retrofits.
• Analyze downtime, MTBR/MTTR, and OEE to identify priorities.
• Coordinate technical sourcing, quotations, and SAP requisitions.
• Maintain equipment documentation, KPIs, and BOM data.
• Plan maintenance projects and coordinate with contractors.
