Atrium Hospitality is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager in Seaside, CA to lead a dedicated engineering team dedicated to safety, service, and standards. You will oversee electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems and drive capital projects that enhance guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in engineering, strong leadership, and solid budget/P&L know-how, with CMMS/Workday proficiency and flexible availability for nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and scheduling to maximize productivity.

What You Will Do:

• Lead, train, and mentor an engineering team that keeps safety, service, and standards at the core.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems—basically, be the hotel’s MVP when things go sideways.
• Strategically plan and execute the capital and engineering budgets—yes, you’ll get your hands dirty and crunch the numbers.
