Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Monterey Embassy Suites is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to perform preventative maintenance, complete work orders, and keep guest rooms and amenities in top condition. The role requires physical stamina and a proactive approach.

You will troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, maintain pool and grounds, and repair equipment across the hotel. Minimum six months of maintenance experience is required; HVAC/electrical/plumbing certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.

Full time Compensation Range : $27.50 Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ depending on these factors.
