Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc in the United States seeks a Maintenance Electrician to troubleshoot, repair, and improve equipment in a manufacturing setting. You will manage safety, scheduling, and training for repairs and projects from problem identification through startup.

Responsibilities include diagnosing downtime causes, PLC programming support, integrating new components, drafting purchases, and maintaining equipment documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical technology or related field.
• At least five (5) years' relevant electrical technician experience in manufacturing.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment; identify root causes of downtime.
• Provide PLC troubleshooting assistance and basic programming skills.
• Integrate new components or systems and coordinate fabrication/installation to meet GMP requirements.
• Draft purchase requests and maintain project/equipment files including drawings and spare parts.
• Plan fabrication of panels and equipment for system improvements.
