Job summary

NTN Bearing of America is seeking a maintenance electrician to support the repair and upkeep of CNC turning machinery, induction heat-treat, and forging equipment. The role requires a technical degree and 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, with emphasis on safety and PLC/CNC familiarity.

The position offers multiple shift differentials: starting wage of $27.50/hour plus $2.00 for 2nd shift and $3.00 for 3rd shift. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Two year technical degree or equivalent hands-on training.
• 5+ years as a maintenance electrician in manufacturing.
• Experience repairing CNC turning lines, forging presses, or induction furnaces.

Responsibilities

• Installations and repairs on electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Recommend improvements to equipment and assist with repairs as needed.
