Job summary

NTN Bearing of America is seeking a hands-on Technician to troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment, automation systems, and facilities support gear. You will fabricate components and support production processes to boost uptime.

You will collaborate with the Engineering team on improvement projects, follow OSHA/EPA rules, and train new hires as needed. The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, Associates degree in a technical field preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with CNC equipment and production automation preferred.
• Must be willing to work varied shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and repair of CNC equipment, production automation systems, and facilities support equipment.
• Diagnose and repair building systems such as electrical, compressors, pumps, HVAC, and lighting.
• Fabricate and assemble components to repair or improve production equipment.
• Work with Engineering on improvement projects and training on complex repairs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Maintain documentation of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance programs to enhance reliability.
