Confidential Skilled Nursing Facility in Delaware County, PA is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the Maintenance Department, develop policies, and oversee operations. You will supervise staff, read blueprints, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

The role requires at least three years of supervisory experience in maintenance or plant settings and knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Prepare written and oral reports to the Administrator on department operations.
