Job summary

Complete Care in Belmar, NJ, is seeking a Maintenance Director who will supervise maintenance staff, manage daily operations, and ensure facilities meet safety and quality standards. You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, enforce OSHA and life-safety rules, and coordinate repairs while maintaining compliance and service levels.

This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to multi-task and be on-call.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Knowledge of building systems and applicable code requirements.
• Proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems and code compliance.
• Experience with OSHA and life safety regulations.
• Supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• On-call availability as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules.
• Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs.
• Regular inspections of the facility for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance.
• Ensure work complies with State/Federal and OSHA standards.
