Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years related experience.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory or lead maintenance position.
• Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and OSHA requirements.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Implement and document maintenance programs and safety inspections.
• Manage inventory and budget for supplies and repairs within guidelines.
• Coordinate contractor services and safety procedures.
