Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or two years related experience or training equivalent.
• Minimum of three years in supervisory or lead maintenance.
• Must have computer knowledge and ability.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping departments.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and OSHA requirements.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Manage inventory and budget within guidelines.
• Coordinate safety inspections and reports.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee contractor work and safety programs.
• Maintain on-site inventory and equipment servicing.
