Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or two-year college equivalent, or two years related experience.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory/lead maintenance position with knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Must have computer knowledge and ability.

• Direct daily operations of maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and OSHA requirements.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Document maintenance programs and inventories within budget.
