Wellington at Arapaho, a Sonida Senior Living community in Richardson, TX, is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead all aspects of maintenance and building operations. You will ensure a safe, attractive, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members.

This role requires hands-on leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a passion for serving seniors. The community offers competitive compensation and benefits with a focus on resident quality of life.

Formación

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or building operations, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and vendor coordination beneficial.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and repairs.
• Coordinate repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Prepare apartments for move-ins and refresh units after move-outs.
• Ensure life safety compliance and building codes.
• Maintain equipment and supervise staff training.
• Monitor grounds and curb appeal.
