The Wellington at Arapaho seeks an Executive Director to lead community operations for Independent Living and Assisted Living in Richardson, TX. You will drive occupancy growth, cultivate a high-performing team, ensure an exceptional resident experience, and uphold regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience managing budgets, teams, and operations.
• Ability to meet state requirements for operating a senior living community.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of community operations.
• Foster a culture of exceptional resident care, hospitality, and customer service.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing team members.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations and policies.
• Drive occupancy and revenue growth through collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Manage community budgets, financial performance, and expense control initiatives.
• Partner with department leaders to maintain high standards throughout the community.
• Oversee resident services and support positive outcomes for residents and families.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and local partners.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve goals.
