Green Ocean Property Management in Boston, MA seeks a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance function across the portfolio. You will own the operating system from intake to closeout, set service levels, and manage a field-team with clear scorecards and processes.

Qualificações

• Significant progressive experience leading maintenance, facilities, or field operations.
• Proven people-management experience with direct accountability for a field team.
• Knowledge of work-order operations, emergency response, estimating, and vendor management.
• Experience owning a department budget, labor capacity, and operating metrics.
• Ability to distinguish technical work from people leadership responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own the maintenance operating system from intake to closeout.
• Set service levels, escalation rules, quality standards, and comms expectations.
• Lead weekly maintenance reviews covering backlog, aging, staffing, and finances.
• Oversee Maintenance Coordination Team, Field Ops Specialist, and Project Manager / Estimator.
• Maintain records in PropertyMeld, Buildium, and related trackers.
