CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead a maintenance team across our communities. You will ensure overall property condition, promote resident satisfaction, and manage day-to-day maintenance operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination of make-ready units, and active engagement in preventive maintenance and resident programs. A strong background in facilities maintenance is ideal.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications required.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office and Outlook experience required.
