Job summary

The Wyndmoor Group is seeking a Maintenance Director for our assisted living community in Indiana. You will oversee all maintenance, safety, appearance, and functionality of the property, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and grounds, while coordinating with leadership and outside contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on plumbing and general building maintenance experience.
• Strong plumbing troubleshooting and repair skills required.
• Experience in commercial, healthcare, or senior living facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance requests.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance of the community including resident areas and grounds.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and components.
• Coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and keep records.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and emergency preparedness programs.
• Manage plumbing maintenance, repairs, and water systems.
• Assist with resident turnover and maintain clean, safe environments.
