Job summary

Waterford of Plano, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee daily upkeep of our independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences. You will manage staff, schedule repairs, and ensure safety standards.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience preferred, with skills in minor repair across structure, electrical, plumbing, security, and HVAC.
• Building safety and hazard reduction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains grounds and exterior; oversees building repairs and cleanliness.
• Maintains interior spaces, offices, and common areas.
• Oversees repair of community equipment; trains staff on use.
• Prepares apartments for move-in and refurbishing after move-out.
• Maintains fire safety, emergency records, and required state inspections.
