Cass County Senior Living and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance operations at our Virginia, IL facility. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, comfort, and reliability for residents and staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete routine repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment issues.
• Perform regular facility and safety inspections.
• Respond promptly to maintenance concerns.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors when needed.
• Maintain maintenance records, supplies, and equipment.
• Help ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.
