Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with solution implementation.
• Excellent computing skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project; AutoCAD a plus.
• Ability to prioritize work to respond to emergencies.
• Experience drafting policies, scopes of work, RFPs, and bid analyses.
• Organized, detail oriented with strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets, project plans, and schedules for capital improvements.
• Obtain bids, analyze bids, and manage contractor relationships.
• Supervise work by contractors and ensure quality control.
• Procure and maintain inventory; manage vendor relations.
• Implement energy management to reduce costs and improve sustainability.
• Enforce standardized policies; ensure safety plans and compliance.
• Prepare monthly/weekly reports on budgets, HR, inventory, and goals.
• Lead maintenance operations and staff scheduling; safety training.
