RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to guide the maintenance team in ensuring property integrity across our multifamily communities. You will oversee inspections, coordinate preventative work, and prioritize service requests to maintain high standards.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a valid driver's license. EPA HVAC certification is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required; EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, particularly Word and Excel.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from the Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors professionally.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and work areas.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
