Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years experience in apartment maintenance or related trade.
• Possess EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Lead preventative maintenance program.
