CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead a maintenance team across our residential communities in the Richardson area. You will oversee the physical condition of properties, drive a proactive maintenance program, and promote resident satisfaction through strong leadership and teamwork.

The ideal candidate brings experience in apartment maintenance, relevant certifications, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications are required.
• 2–4 years of full-time apartment maintenance experience or a related trade.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Own a basic set of hand tools and be able to read service requests in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team members.
• Embrace, engage, motivate and train team members.
• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Lead preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Lead and participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
